This subcommittee reviews study proposals referred to interim committees by members thereof that have not previously been reviewed by the Legislative Council as to germaneness, and it submits its recommendations to the Legislative Council concerning the germaneness of the study proposals to the subject areas assigned to the interim committee as provided by law. This subcommittee also reviews and makes recommendations to the Legislative Council regarding requests from interim committees for the allocation of funds and personnel for interim committee study projects to be funded from monies appropriated to the Legislative Council for interim committee study purposes.
